"Let There Be Light"....in a home where there was virtually none. The owners of this California Ranch home, were looking to add functionality to their living space by incorporating architectural and decorative lighting. To achieve this we installed custom low voltage recessed for accenting the artwork. By utilizing precision placement of designer trims and lamps, we were able to achieve just the right task lighting over the piano. Multiple layers of light and dimming controls, allow the homeowners maximum control over their light while creating a very energy efficient design.

This Entry features a pair of Sconces and a suspended Art Glass pendant to to create a warm and welcome environment.
This Kitchen is bathed in general light from a suspended ceiling fixture, while recessed downlights with Alzak trims provide accent to the deep rich cabinetry as well as additional task illumination. The undercabinet lighting washes onto the work surface for shadowless task light.
A gourmet kitchen complete with subtle yet effective lighting uses adjustable recessed lighting in conjunction with xenon under cabinet lighting to illuminate work spaces. When it’s time to entertain lights are dimmed and the island chandelier provides ambience.
This focal Murano glass chandelier glows, providing general and task lighting for the staircase. A complimentary glass wall sconce sheds most of it’s light upwards towards the ceiling creating both warmth and sparkle. Low voltage adjustable recessed lights accent both the contemporary artwork as well as the sculpture in the niche. This combination creates a warm welcome without any glare for visitors as well as showcasing the lovely stairway.
A tropical contemporary bathroom uses a combination of low voltage recessed lights, Pendants and sconces to achieve multiple levels of task, general and accent lighting, creating a dramatic background for pampering.
Strategically located recessed downlights with clear Alzak trim wash down the front of the cabinets illuminating the stunning cabinetry and the granite work surfaces providing general lighting. In this client’s home office we have incorporated multiple layers of light. Adjustable recessed lighting is used to accent a tropical floral art collection while desk lamps are used to facilitate tasks. A contemporary ceiling fan works to cool the space and provide additional ambient light.
The stunning design of this gourmet kitchen is highlighted by the use of low voltage adjustable recessed lighting to accent the beautiful cherry wood cabinetry as well as provide additional task illumination. This Laguna Niguel Kitchen remodel needed a multi layered lighting design to facilitate both of the resident gourmet chefs, kids homework projects and entertainment central on occasion. This lovely kitchen was originally designed with a typical recessed light grid which did not provide enough light to function effectively for the homeowner. A case of too much light in all the wrong places. We wiped the slate clean and repositioned new adjustable low voltage recessed with Black Alzak Trims over the task areas to provide perfect illumination for prep work. We added a stunning contemporary ceiling fixture to provide ambient lighting and brought in a bit of color and accent lighting with two Murano glass pendants. this lighting design created a functional work space and just enough drama and interest to entertain.
A 17' vaulted ceiling was a challenge for homeowners who wanted a Living Room and Dining Room they could actually use to entertain in. The solution was a expertly designed and installed tech lighting monorail system, which illuminated the table and the artwork in the space while adding the beauty of Murano Glass Art. Complimentary Wall Sconces were used to bring a comfortable warm light to the adjacent Living Room. We completed this lovely picture with the addition of low voltage adjustable accent lights to call attention to the lovely art work in the room.
"The objective in this Dining Room was to create a warm and inviting space for friends and family to gather. This was achieved by using four layers of lighting in the room providing the homeowners with the ability to use the various light applications on an as needed basis. This also creates a more energy efficient approach to lighting. A custom designed Oval Drum Shade Pendant illuminates the dining room table, while a pair of decorative wall sconces give general illumination to the room. Add to this, a combination of accent lighting from low voltage recessed and up lighting and we have created the perfect place to gather and entertain."
Client wanted to convert a living room into a bar. A combination of carefully placed adjustable recessed lights and low voltage pendants provide accent and task lighting to create a moody affect. This Game room is aglow with light from various sources. Recessed downlights accent the artwork, while sconces (not shown) on opposing walls add general light. Sparkle is added to the room by using a playful sophisticated art glass chandelier over the game table.
